The Acorn Hall: Smaller Can Be Useful
The Acorn Hall measures approximately 8.7m x 5.9m and accommodates up to 30 guests.
That makes it a very different proposition.
For a small event, you may not need the larger hall at all. A more compact room can feel far more sociable when the guest list is modest rather than leaving everybody scattered around a large empty space.
For children's entertainment, however, dimensions should be checked carefully before assuming a standard inflatable will fit.
Low Height / Indoor may provide useful options for smaller indoor venues, while Toddler Play can suit younger children's events where a full-size castle is unnecessary.
Using Both Halls Can Solve Several Problems at Once
If both spaces are available as part of your booking, they do not have to duplicate each other.
One hall can be active. The other can be quieter.
For example, the Oak Hall could contain the main children's entertainment while the Acorn Hall handles food, presents, quieter play or adults who would prefer not to spend the entire afternoon beside a bouncing inflatable.
Alternatively, younger children could have their own area while older children use a different attraction elsewhere.

Four Hours Sounds Like Plenty Until You Start Setting Up

Food and drinks should not be taken onto inflatables.
Face paint, glitter, silly string and other staining materials also need to stay well away from inflatable surfaces.
Using two rooms can make this easier because the food section does not have to sit immediately beside the main activity.
Modern Building, Same Old Delivery Question
However new the venue is, Cookes Castles still has to physically move the equipment from our vehicle to the setup position.
Inflatables are bulky when packed, so tell us which hall is being used and what the delivery route involves.
Doors, corridors, changes in level and any restrictions between the parking area and the hall can affect what is practical.

Check the Lowest Height, Not the Highest Point of the Roof
The Oak Hall's double-height vaulted roof is useful, but vaulted ceilings can vary considerably in height from one part of the room to another.

Lights, fans, beams or other fittings also need to be considered.
